Formed trays

These are trays for transporting food products; they are supplied already formed. The production cycle requires several machines. This service is highly customised. We can deliver the trays already assembled by us or by an assembly centre located near the customer’s facilities; or we can supply them flat and give the forming machine on a free loan to the customer.

  • Minimum lead time: 15 working days
  • Dimensions:
    L = min.-max. 300-600 mm.
    I = min.-max. 200-600 mm.
    H = min.-max. 60-250 mm
  • Printing: Flexographic in up to 6 colours
    Anilox cylinder lines from 80 to 160 per sq. cm
    Printing system lines up to 32 per sq. cm
  • Types of corrugated patterns:
    Flute: B, C, BE, BC.
  • Grams per square meter: min. 430 g/sq. m - max. 1,750 g/sq. m
  • Combination with other materials: Possibility of using special (paraffin) paper, which enables transport in freezers.
